Cake for Christmas

Christmas has come and our friends at the Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust rose to the challenge of making a cake as part of a team development day.  What a great cake it was!!  Decorated with small snowmen, gluten free and very moist it certainly was the best received result of a team development exercise we have had in years.  We wish that all our friends, partners, clients etc. could share this joy but unfortunately it is all gone now.
